Our Guarantee and Return Policy

We strive to complete all pet product orders accurately however, sometimes mistakes will occur. If you receive an item that you did not order, please send us an email and we will tell you how to return the item. We will credit your card for the full value of the order plus shipping and handling. If your receive the wrong item, please return in it's original packaging along with all paperwork. If you are disappointed with the pet product that you ordered, or received the wrong size dog carrier, dog crate or incorrect pet medication,  we will take it back within 30 days but you will be responsible for return shipping charges. If your shipment is damaged, return it with all of the original packaging and we will refund you the full amount plus any shipping costs.

Before returning your merchandise, it is important that you inform us by e-mail. Please indicate the reason why you are returning the item. We will provide you with appropriate procedures for making the return.

Yourpetscount.com. guarantees all of the pet products including dog carriers and dog crates that we sell 100% for 30 days from time of purchase. Returned items, must be returned with original packaging in resaleable condition.
